The complete set at the 500 ml ghee size, which is the sensible amount for a household that has not cooked with real bilona ghee before and does not yet know how fast they will go through it. It covers the whole range of what we make, so whoever receives it can work out what they actually reach for. The ghee for finishing, the black oil for anything that wants pungency, the yellow for everyday cooking. Every batch is tested at a government food-testing lab and the reports are on the site, which matters more than usual when you are handing food to someone else.
