Anvayapure began with a simple frustration, why is it so hard to find ghee that smells like the one our grandmothers made?
We went looking for the answer in villages, in old kitchens, in clay bilonas. We found it. Now we bottle it.
"Real food doesn't need a marketing plan. It needs patience."
"To make pure, traditionally-crafted food accessible to every Indian family, while preserving the practices and livelihoods of those who keep these traditions alive."
Slow-made at Ma Sumitra Devi Goshala in Uttar Pradesh. Sahiwal cows raised the old way. Bilona ghee churned by hand at dawn. Mustard pressed on a wood ghani. No machine in a hurry. just food made the way our grandmothers made it.

No additives, no preservatives, no shortcuts. Just the real thing, made the right way.
Ancient methods that have stood the test of time, preserved for future generations.

How It Started
We started in 2025. It began when our founder Umesh Pratap Verma couldn't find ghee that tasted like what his grandmother used to make. The market was flooded with 'pure' ghee that had no aroma, no granules, no soul. He went searching for answers and found them at Ma Sumitra Devi Goshala in Uttar Pradesh, where Sahiwal cows are still kept the old way and ghee is still made by hand.
What began as a personal quest became a mission. Today, every drop of Anvayapure ghee comes from the Sahiwal cows at our goshala in Uttar Pradesh, and the same care goes into every bottle of wood-ghani oil we press.
